Midas

Initially I came is for a check on a new car I was planning on purchasing. No appointment but they pulled me in right away. Within ten minutes they came and said I had to come with them to look at a few things. The things wrong with the car I was going to buy were shocking. Parts were missing from the subframe. Other parts were damaged being repair and would require an new subframe. Rust damage was horrible attempted to be hidden by a fake "rust treatment spray" which fooled me. Those were some of the immediately necessary issues that needed fixed let alone the other problems with this car. Nick and the other mechanic STRONGLY urged me not to purchase this car, even if there was a significant discount given by the dealership which I listened to. I was so pleased with the work I brought my personal car to be looked at by them. They have the car a look over and took me underneath the car again to show me the things that needed fixed. I don't want to take my car anywhere else to be looked at or touched my any other shop without coming to this Midas to have it looked at or fixed beforehand. Thank you again Nick and other mechanics at Midas!

I met the nicest manager at Midas. That day at the last minute I asked if they could balance my tires. He said sure, right then and there. Great. I have custom rims and the weights go inside because of the low profile tires. One of the not so zealous workers balanced them and put the weights like normal tires. The balance was off and I found out he put the weights on the outside. (A known no-no). So I go back and they’re very busy. The manger apologizes and offer me a free oil change for my inconvenience and schedule me another day. I go back on that scheduled day and there’s a new manager from Cleveland. I wanted the other manager back. I told him the situation he was mad about the oil change, because the old manager apparently gave out other free oil changes too. So he tells me he can’t take me on my scheduled day, but said he’s bringing in the whole crew to handle the load the next time. So we scheduled another day, next week. I arrive and the guy is talking and smiling. I sat there for almost 3 hours. Then he comes to me and say, I’m sending the guy working on your car, he hasn’t started yet, to lunch. All this time he’s smiling in my face. Then the light bulb lights up. I’m b

Chuck and his team are great. They care 1st about the customer. You hear it when in location with how they speak to customers. Explaining repairs in detail making sure people are comfortable with it. And they offer American First Finance for a 100% parts & labor repair payment option! Just adds to the way they Chuck and Leon take care of you.

Chuck, the manager, and his team were amazing! I was traveling from out of town when my car broke down, and Chuck was able to get me into the shop right away. His team quickly diagnosed the issues and got everything fixed. While I waited, it was clear how close-knit Chuck’s shop is with the community and how much his regular customers trust him. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

I had went through someone to set up the appointment and they sent me the wrong day. When I got there they said it was the next day. Disappointed because I had to leave work early, I thought they were going to reschedule, but instead they squeezed me in and got the job done. I was great that they understood and made it possible that that day. What a blessing.
